No weight loss pills are good for your health. They are only supped up caffiene pills. Which can make your heart fail. trust me I know from a horrible expierence. If you have to take a pill try to find a herbal pill they have less side effects. BUt in my opinion diet and exercise are best. Eating healthy is one of the best rewards you can have
