2009-01-29 19:18:22a free one as in diet, ect.
im 5ƈ'', f, 14(15 in march), and weigh 148(overweight i know)
i don't know how to maintain a gd weight, like a last week ago i was 139 & a few days ago 145. I tend to wobble back in forth between 130&150.
How do i stop this? I didnt seein women diet or anything so i havent any clue on what i really need to do.

Baked fish or chicken???.
limit red meat
Skip if you can all dairy products such as cheeps, milk???..organic yogurt without sugar is good???I put a natural blueberry sugar free jam into my plain yogurt so I do not eat white sugar.
Skip all bread???it has yeast in it???have brown rice or other grains.
Drink a lot of water..no soda or juices???.unless you actually juice with a juicer.
