I'm looking for a little help to kick start my weight loss. I've seen many, many different types of tablets in the store, and an even larger choice on their online store. Which would be the best? I'm not looking for tablets to get my metabolism working, because as soon as I stop taking them - I'll put the weight back on. I just need something to get me started, and a little more motivated!
