i want to lose quite a bit of weight and i am not sure what exercises to start with. i would like to hear your success stories. which one do you think is better tae bo, pilates, or just plain ol walking.

My favorite workout DVD is 10 Minute Solutions Pilates and Pilates for Weight Loss. They're both very good, and the 10 min. solutions is really great when you have no time.
