I would like to shed off some extra weight I have and would like to know an effective pill or similar product with out side effects. Also tell me where it is available. I have heard of some product which you can tie around your belly to loose weight. If you aware of this kind of product pls let me know

This is a question that has frustrated me for a while, until I did some research for myself.
Ephedra weight loss pills did work, but they are now illegal and they caused mood swings, anxiety, insomnia and other nasty side-effects.
Here are some all natural weight loss pills that have been scientifically proven to work, at least in some degree:
1-Pyruvate = take 6- 10 grams per day, preferably before doing cardio exercise. Clinical studies have proven this natural substance to work. A good form of pyruvate is in a powder form, you can find it at Lookcut.com.
2-Green tea extract = this is a little tricky. Check the labels to make sure the capsules have at least 100mg of EGCG (the "thermogenic" fat-burning ingredient in green tea). Take 100mg 3 times daily.
3-Tonalin CLA = an omega six fat linked to weight loss. Take 4 grams daily.
4-L-Carnitine = helps convert fat to energy. Take 3 grams daily.
These are the most effective natural diet pills I have found in my research. I just started trying them all a month ago, and I have seen my weight loss increase.
