Well I have been using them for about 2 weeks now and I have lost like 4 pounds. I forgot to take them one day and i was a total B**** to my husband so that is a pretty bad side effect. I took them b4 and when I quit I gained back the weight. They are only a quick solution.

yes - they totally worked for me awhile ago. I became smaller than before I had my first child. I was down to a size 1 - which I had never been before. The only side effect I had was a little tired if I didn't take it one day....I drank lots of water and hardly ate.
