HCG is the hormone that the female body has when pregnant it is created by the body's reaction to the fetus, and is detected in pregnancy tests. It won't make you lose weight.
I think you may mean human growth hormone (HGH). While synthetic versions are available in tablet form, I don't know about injectable form..

something tells me this wouldn't be the healthiest option for you...if you want to lose weight, try exercise and altering your diet (i.e. no more McDonald's). Or if you are extremely overweight, talk to your doctor about safe ways for weight loss...There is no magic trick or pill to make you lose weight, it takes time and effort.
And, like the previous poster said...hCG is a pregnancy hormone. I doubt it will make you lose weight, since I've gained about 20 lbs while pregnant!
