If it is good for weight loss, how much weight would I lose by drinking 3 cups a day?

Not only is it high in antioxidants, but it supposedly is able to boost your metabolism by 10% for two hours after you drink it. Your energy expenditure increases, thereby allowing your body to burn more calories.
You can find Wu Long and Oolong (which is same thing) at health food stores (Whole Foods) or see if you are able to locate a local Chinese market in your town, which will for sure carry it. Last resort, always try online, but make sure you are buying Wu Long or Oolong, and not some rip off!
