I'm currently 210lbs trying to get to 110 by 2010. so i'm realistic etc I just really think I could really benefit from a support system

im wondering the same thing im almost 180...but seriously by 2010...u can do it in half that time if u set ur mind to it

It's easy! Simply drink lots of water, 10-15 glasses a day. Then get rid of carbonated drinks. Do not eat spicy, fatty, salty and sweet food. Eat only fruits and vegetables everyday. Try it!
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months! Now I am on my 16th month of regularly drinking 10-15 glasses of water a day.

your goal is very realistic, not like many here who want to lose 40 pounds in 4 days. Try tops.org they also have live meetings, maybe in your own town. God bless.

keep a healthy diet also very important!
try not to eat after 6.
and eat less than what u eat now...and more times a day..exercise 3 times a week at least.
