Hi! It's interesting that you asked this, because I am also trying to lose weight, and don't really feel I have someone to talk to about it that understands. My family loves me, but since they don't have any major weight issues, it's hard for them to really empathize with me. You don't know how hard it is to lose weight until its you on the heavy end of the scale. I weigh over 300, and I really want to lose it, so maybe we can help each other out! Love to....everybody needs a "buddy" for the tough stuff and that is one thing that most people struggle with from time to time. Email me anytime you want and I'll be your pen-pal support. (Remember, you have already taken the first step...you have made the decision...now it is all down hill...really). Where it is impossible, is when one doesn't have the desire to try. That sounds good to me. I have been trying to loss weight too. I still have 10-15 pounds to go, but lately. About a month now, I have been stuck in the same weight no loss or gain. I also need some support.
What is your issue? How much weight are you looking at losing and how are you approaching it?
I tried a low carb diet that my doctor gave me before and I lost quite a bit in just a few months. Then I went through some hellish stress and end up gaining some back, but I really swear by this diet. I just can't get myself to do it again. I would like to share it with you if your interested.
