I am not looking for a quick fix to loose weight but I was wondering if this can be a reason for my weight loss. my diet has changed much.

You're taking Klonipin for anxiety - and anxiety itself can cause weight loss.
A side note:
Be aware, if you ever are in the hospital, that there is another medicine, Clonidine, which sounds virtually the same when medication orders are phoned to the pharmacy.
Clonidine is a blood pressure medicine, and if you have anxiety, it might be that Clonidine will be beneficial to you, but it won't help your *anxiety* at all.
Ask your nurse to make sure that the pharmacy dispensed Klonopin with a K rather than Clonidine with a C.

As far as I know, Klonopin (clonazepam) does not cause weight loss. Anxiety can cause weight fluctuation in either direction, so I agree with the answer above it's probably the condition, not the treatment.
