    I have usually taken in about 2,200 calories a day I want to take in about 1500. I will lsy be exersizing about once a day. Please HEALTHY options!
    Also, do you know any ways of exersizing and having fun?

    A great way to set up a meal plan is to go to sparkpeople.com. They have free meal plans or you can input your own meals. You can track your exercise, calorie intake, water consumption, everything at sparkpeople.com.
    Plus, you can find others to keep you accountable as well. It's a great weight-loss tool.

    I would start the day with either weetabix with yoghurt and fruit, or scrambled egg on toast with some grilled bacon.
    For lunch a Chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread with some low calorie Mayo or a Jacket potato with beans. For Dinner i would have either a Spanish omelette or Chicken curry with Rice.
    For snacks either low calorie crisps or Fruit.
    Drinking plenty of water, preferably 8 glasses of water a day is very important
    It really is not that hard. I follow a weight watchers plan. I have lost 2 stone. I dont think that my eating habits have changed that much. I eat a healthy diet, but what i have changed is my portion sizes. Also if i feel a bit hungry and want to pick at foods i will have a drink first as sometimes i am actually thirsty and not feeling hungry.
    What i have found a great help for weight loss though is exercise. I love doing Step Aerobics and Cardio workouts which are great for Fat Burning. Also Aqua Aerobics is fantastic for all over toning and is such fun too!

    ok...
    forget calories........I mean it!!! FORGET CALORIES!!!
    From now on you are going to go by portions.....if you want to lose weight the right way, the healthy way, and permanantly....this is your new way of eating.
    Portions
    a portion is approximately the size of your clenched fist. you will want a portion of protein, and carbohydrates with each meal. you want to eat about five to six times a day or around three hours apart. that keeps your metabolism going which in turn,burns fat! The protein sources need to be lean and low fat...examples would be skinless,boneless chicken, fish, cottage cheese, lean meat ( not very often with the red meat though) , turkey, etc...
    The carbohydrates should come from natural sources like fruits, berries, whole grains, low fat and sugar yogurt, etc.
    with at least two of your meals a day I would recommend getting a portion of vegetables.....your body needs them.
    Also, drink plenty of water. Drink a glass of water with each meal and throughout the day.....If you can't realistically eat that many meals in a day, every other meal can be substituted with a meal bar....protein bar....I'm sure that you've seen them at gnc or vitamine shoppe....gas stations carry them as well. it really helps if you have a busy lifestyle.
    that kind of eating habit will have your body turn into a fat melting machine.
    Exercise. Do weight lifting and cardio.....yes, weightlifting.....you won't get bulky...you need steroids for that....it's a scientific fact that muscle burns fat....not to mention you will have a toned body instead of skinny with loose skin.....
    here's what I recommend....on monday, wednesday, fri...
    do weight trainind....monday, upper body....wednesday,lower body and friday, upper body.....the next week switch around the upper and lower days so that you get an equal balance....example...monday would be lower....wed would be upper and fri would be lower
    now....tuesday, thursday, and saturday Do cardio exercise...it can be any kind of cardio.....as long as you get your heart rate up and you get a good sweat going.....at least thirty minutes or so......
    oh....one more thing.......if it's possible to do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomache....do so........your body has nothing but, fat to burn for energy.....

    Just watch what you eat. Cut out stuff like soda and foods high in sugars, fats, and oils such as chips, tv dinners etc. Sports are a fun way to exercise too. Cutting your diet isn't the best way to lose weight because most people who are unhappy with there weight eat unhealthy.
