2012-01-11 05:24:43 +0000When I first went GF a year and a half ago, my weight increased by 45 pounds in 6 months. When I removed all traces of sub-grains, including rice and corn, from my diet 4 months ago, my weight started taking a nose dive. Welcomed at first, I'm still losing almost 5 pounds a week, prefer having a little fuller figure and don't want to continue this trend. Before I became sick several years ago, I was a size zero (0) and am afraid that's where I'm headed again. I need a good stop/loss program.
I'm asking for good, sensible, healthy suggestions!
(I was considering a Haagen Dazs 5 ice cream diet, but don't think that would be altogether wise....)

Any kind of processed food is going to make you fatter. Try that.

i think it is gluten free,but,read the label!
if grains are a problem,try to increase fat in the diet(healthy fats).
