That is the reason for the ten times, to give you stomach time to send the full signal. You can do the same if you swallow and count to ten before you take the next bite.
To loose weight you have to eat fewer calories and excercise more to maximize the loss. Either one, eating less or excercising more will help reduce weight but both together will do it faster.pp
