Nope. it is not safe. believe me. i used to drink 1 cup a day...and i would get constant muscle cramps, use the toilet to pee at least 10 times a day (because these weight loss teas are diueretics, which means they draw water out of you, which is BAD), a slowed heart beat (normal ranges from 60-70 heartbeats a minute...i had 39 a minute when i drank those teas...)
you would lose weight, but it's all water weight, since it drains it out of you. and its not nice to use the toilet all the time! and it just is not safe.
