Personally I would not take anything that has been used as an asthma medicine unless asthma was a problem of mine. I would dont like the sound of the side effects like Irregular Heart Rate and Death.

Well i think your best bet is to go to a police station and ask whether it is illegal or not i do not think it is is it quite an extreme drug we need extra details.
