I'm am a 17 year old girl and was125lbs at 4ཇ.5 and am now 106lbs but I feel worse about my body now and hide it and never feel thin enough and everyone says I look wierd cause I hunch to hide my stomach fat. Help!

I am 120lbs and 19 years old. I don't really have curves. So I feel insecure. I've been lifting some weights, doing ab workouts, and focusing on my butt. I would suggest looking up ab ladder workout. I do that and some other ab workouts. I feel better about my self and I don't look like as plain as I did. Hope this helps!
