You can add l-Glutamine and l-Carnitine to your diet, and CLA as well. It will help but you still have to do the work.

They all say to use with a healthy diet and exercise. if you do those 2 things you lose weight. They don't work or no one would be asking how to lose weight

There are no pills that work. But you can diet and exercise. As for supplements...You can take protein. It helps the muscles not break down when you exercise. It also helps cut down fat when you build a little muscle. Just diet, exercise, and weight train a little. Don't put stuff in your body that could hurt you.
