    this may sound very simple but it works: before every meal, drink a glass of water. why? water fills you and keeps you from eating so much during a meal. also do no eat after 9pm this time of the night your body has slowed down so it's not buring as many calories. lastly get up and get out at least 2-3 days a week and do something as simple as walking around the park or the mall for that matter for at least 25 minutes.
