    Ok. heres my stats... I am 21... 5Ə , and i 190lbs... Had my second baby boy last month, I am very serious about getting back down to 150lbs, but I am unable to go out for long walks and finally trying to eat healthier, so heres what i have been doing the last few days...
    I tryed pilaties but i find it uncomfortable cuz it seems like my tail bone sticks out far and it hurts to do the rolls and stuff so i decided to to 10 crunchies and 10 squats every morning afternoon and evening. along with my household chores and chasing the kids lol... I have a bad eating habit as in not eating at all, but i think ive been doing good the last few days, 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, small bowl of whatever i feed my kid ei. Kraft dinner, Alphagettie, Or a peanut butter a jelly sandwhich on whole wheat bread. then for dinner i would have fruit or veggies and if i get hungry in between the meals instead of scarfing my face ill chug some water.

    Congratulations mom. It sounds like your'e very active, so thats good. The very best advice that I can give you about nutrition is to eat 5 times a day. Yes...5 times. Each meal should be small, like a piece of chicken or fish with a scoop of brown rice or pasta and two scoops of vegetables and a glass of water. Simple right? Eating 5 small meals a day speeds up your metabolism, which is the real key to weight loss. Try to time them for every 3 hours. I swear by the results! Keep exercising at least 3 times a week and eat 5 times a day, and in a month you'll be amazed.

    First off, let me just say that you are not alone. I have 2.5 year old twins that like to flaunt their sweets in my face all the time. I've been fighting a losing battle for a long time now, to get this weight off. In the past, like, 3 weeks, I have managed to lose 15 lbs tho, by cutting back on my soda intake and portion control. I think that you HAVE to reward yourself for good behavior, so, maybe what you can do is get some weight watchers snacks (they sell them in ur local stores) or some of those 100 cal snack pack things, like with Oreo's or something.
    If you aren't a member of cafemom.com or sparkpeople.com, then you should look into joining them. sparkpeople helps you plan your meals, suggests workout and things like that.

    the metabolism only decreases slightly at night. eating at night does not automatically cause fat storage. if your diet is 1,500 cals a day it doesn't really matter when in the 24 hours your body gets those nutrients if it doesn't cause a caloric excess you won't gain fat. at night drop the carbs and stick to protein and veggies
