    Do firming lotions really help? I thought they were kind of a rip-off. Have you tried one that works, or do you know someone who has?
    Also, people are just going to say situps or crunches, which is obvious - but I've found they don't necessarily help with this problem. I think swimming works better, in my experience, but I don't know exactly why.

    try yoga and pilatese exercises. u can find these on the internet, just type it in to google. and do them 3 times a week for about 30mins to 1 hour each time.

    sit ups and crunches. also, they have a special type of surgery to tighten the skin and it wont leave any mark. skin lotions...i wouldnt trust so much.
