Oh god! I really don't believe how naive people are. Half the population is swallowing diet pills of one sort or another and everybody is just getting fatter! Does that not give you a hint? NONE of these pills work. 2 in 3 so called dieters who expect something to lose weight for them end up HEAVIER!
Eat less. do more, how difficult is that? Bad news it does seem to be difficult, mainly because no one bothers to get off the couch. They ask someone else to walk over and get their diet recipe book, so they can eat something to make them lighter and generally eat a bar of chocolate and a bag of crisps while looking at the recipe.
