Probably not. I can tell what does work through: Diet and proper exercise four to five times a week. The first three weeks are certainly the most difficult, but if you discipline yourself you can make it.

I take b12 injections twice a month.
They work for me.. But not to loose weight...
Exercise and a balanced diet is the answer.
