I have a gym body belt and I like mine. Don't have unrealistic expectations and you will like it. It is primarily used to strengthen your ab muscles. If you have a lot of fat in your stomach, you will have to use it on a continual basis for a while. I use mine in conjunction w/ 6 second ab and have had results.
