Is it expensive? I have been hearing good things about them lately.
I'd like to lose about 20 lbs and working out and my idea of dieting doesn't work all that well.

weight loss centers only work if you know how to work them. it can be the most expensive or the Y. its all up to you and how determined you are to lose weight. im a memeber at 24 hour fitness and i really like them

Herbalife! I have been on their products now for 2 months and I have lost 20 pounds and a ton of inches and this is the only diet that has ever worked for me.
