they don't work, don't spend money on them, rather buy some Winsor Pilates DVDs (great deals on Ebay) which will target your problem aeras and show results if you stick to the exercises

The only weight-loss patch known to work is duct tape over a person's mouth.

Goodness no ! These fly by night methods promise the works but deliver very little so try this option instead , It worked for me so here goes,

yes I ordered some of ebay in hopes of somethign to help me as well :) I havent had any luck thou, mostly the patches made me feel all wierd but thats all. I still wanted to eat alot and have a candy bar :) Slim patch were the ones I tryed too....but if you find anythign out please let me know as well!!
