If you read the label on all diet/weight loss pills, they say the same thing.... To be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program. My question to you is, if your friend wants to lose weight, why spend extra money of diet pills when the answer lies in the instructions on the pill bottle. Here's the answer:
