Im not plaing to go buy any i was just curious if any one actualy bought the stuff they see on tv or at like wallgreens or at GNC and it worked for them...and was it extreamly unhealthy? And..did the weight just come back when you stoped using it?

They only contain caffiene to help give you more energy to burn off the fat..but it doesnt help, i promise.

I don't think they will work if you're just looking for an easy out. If you are already working out and watching what you eat they may provide a slight edge.

One of my close friends almost had a heart attack because of a certain one... I think that people should REALLY research what they're going to be putting into their bodies so that nothing really bad or scary happens.. Be safe!
