Weight Loss pills can cause heart valve defects, they are dangerous, please be careful. Just don't eat more calories than your willing to burn off, and you will lose weight. The Alli pills don't mess with your heart they just make any fat you eat pass right through your intestines which can result in a messy situation.

Pills do not work on their own and can be very dangerous. There are some good effects from things like Green Tea or ginseng or other supplements of this type. Overall the fat loss gimmicks are just that. read some of the labels and claims carefully they will say things like lose 40% more weight then dieting alone" Well the small print shows you average weight loss from dieting is 2 pounds so you will lose 2.5. Hardly a difference and cant be worth the risks.
A good clean diet and regular exercise will help you lose weight and burn fat.
Good for you for asking before you go out and buy stuff! You want to get healthy and be fit. Weight loss will happen!
