Secret= There is none only way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than you take in. Also you need to increase your metabolic rate.
Quick weight loss=There is only two ways to do things.The right way and the wrong. Good news is the wrong way has an infinate amount of possibilities. I have personally not eaten and got sick. I strongly urge you not to do that but I did lose like 10lbs in 2 days

Weight loss is as much mental as it is physical. The way you *feel reflects what you're going to look like and the way you see yourself. So don't feel full, feel light and it starts by eating more frequently, but in smaller amounts throughout the day.
Don't eat anything after 6:00PM, unless it's vegetables or something very light, no carbs. Water is ok at any time during the day, although it does add weight, so keep that in mind when you weigh yourself.
Try and jog for at least 15 minutes every day, if you can do a half hour do it.
If you can manage to do those 3 things consistently, you'll lose weight quickly...in less than a week.

You need to create a calorie deficit to lose weight, but there's someting more important than losing only weight, and that's losing fat, not weight, cause weight implies losing muscle too... you need to visit a nutritionist, and a good trainer, if you follow your program strictly you will lose fat in no time.
