I saw a commercial for Lipozene, and would just like any info. on it, like does it have any side affects? Does anyone know if it even works? Any help would be great, thanks!

This question comes up all the time on here. No they do not work. If you read small print they only claim to aid weight loss. You still have to exercise and eat healthy which works on its own. People must be made to understand, fat takes time to build up and time to lose. Its hard work but that is the penalty for overeating and eating Junk. Adverts are always Glossed up, dont be taken in.
Plenty of water to wash out your toxins, plenty of healthy
food, no salt, no sugar, no fat, no so called Diet Plans and lots of exercise to Burn off your Fat Store. Think about the time it took to gain the weight, its always quicker to lose it. Most important: Be honest with yourself about your eating habits, some people, and they know who they are, always cheat or give up to easily. Nobody ever said that losing weight is easy. Its not, you have to work at it. Good Luck
