Try eating more healthy, homecooked meals. Eat every 2nd hour (but just like half a meal). And excersie, you need 30 minutes of cardio every day ( swimming, running, biking, aerobics, ballgames - whatever makes you sweat). If these things don't work, go talk with your doctor.
