There is no "good" diet pill and you should stay away from them. The aren't FDA regulated and you can put your health at serious risk.

There's no such thing as a "fast working diet pill", let alone a "good diet pill." Don't put such garbage into your body. Those pills are very harmful but the ads on tv make it sound so magical. It's not!!!!!!! It's a get rich scheme. Learn to eat healthy from this day forward. Get exercise daily, & drink plenty of water as it will help in weight loss, as well as other things.

Yellow Bullet is a good diet pill. It contains ephedra so depending on the state you live in, you may not be able to get it since it was banned in some states. Maybe all of them. But you know, you will find some health food stores that illegally sell it or even on the internet. Ephedra can be bad for you and you shouldnt take more than 25 milligrams per day. Either way, this is only a temporary weight loss solution and once you stop taking the pills if you dont maintain a strict diet and exercise then you will gain it all back. Diet pills also wont tone you, so even if you lose weight, you'll have loose skin.

There really is not any. They are mainly used as a "mind" thing. Regular exercise and a low fat diet normally does the trick. Good luck.
