I have heard all about the side effects, and actually that is the reason WHY I am trying Alli! I suffer from chronic constipation, and have tried everything from high fiber to zelnorm. I have been on Alli for 2 days now, and have not had any side effects at all, I have not even had a bowel movement- so no diaper needed here!! perhaps that is due to the fact that I already eat a fairly low fat diet.

Alli is for you if you want to lose 1 pound a month with some nasty side effects.
