Don't do it.
I was put on 18 pills a day with a weight loss clinic, and it messed with my blood pressure. True weight loss doesn't come in a bottle. You need to do it yourself.
Try Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig if you are really serious about this. Do NOT start on the pills--once you are on them, you won't be able to stop. Why? Once you stop, all the weight comes back. You are on a lifetime of pills that could mess up your body.
Just eat in moderation and exercise. That's all.
