you will not loose weight from just your abs, it is impossible, doing crunches and stuff will make the muscles more tones and bigger but you will still have the layer of fat. pills are bad, once you stop you will gain more weight then you originally had on. curiousgirl is right. the best way to loose the weight is through diet and exersize. dont expect immediate results. and so not give up.

Hydroxycut etc can work, however they are very unhealthy, and can severely dehydrate your system.

There's no magic pill that will make you lose weight..the only true way is exercise and diet..
