I can't afford any of the programs (i.e. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.), and I don't believe they don't really work. I'm a 26 year-old hyprothyroid who really needs help and needs to find people in a similar sort of situation. Not middle-aged housewives complaining about how tough it is.

people with thyroid problems have to watch so much in their diets and get the numbers where they belong (free t3 & free t4) before things start working like they should....
