I have been on and off the dieting bandwagon literally for years. I've had some success recently, but I seem to have lost my motivation. The people I was keeping up with have all gotten busy and pretty much dropped off the face of the internet. I guess I'm looking for a forum with friendly people in similar situations to help me through the rough spots. Anybody know of any?

There are some very very positive and friendly people on this site and you can post on message boards, or chat, or just browse thru recipes and other helpful things online. =)
