2006-12-12 13:34:16ok 1st u should not eat less because if u starve urself then that makes u stressful which makes u gain fat up 2 twice as fast... sooo what i'm saying is u don't have 2 stop or slow down on the esting u just have 2 watch what u eat try 2 stay away from fatty foods like chips, not 2 much meat either, and exersise works alot more then dieting and it also makes u happier it has been scientifically proven that if u work out ur brain produces more happy hormones that actually make u happyier and more relaxied... so try 2 get in2 a sport that u like doing that takes some effort.

If you notice all these diet pill, weightloss programs they all say the same.
Results not typical and only when used as part of a healthy diet and exercise routine.
There is only sure way to lose weight.
Simple formula
Calories in has to be less than calories out.
For instance in an average day I burn around 3000 calories, if I could stay to eating 2500 calories a day I would lose weight, at the moment I am eating around 3000 calories a day so my weight stays the same.

2006-12-12 13:43:09hehe. of course, easy and free.
what about this? eat everything you want,
but keep it moderate:
moderate is the word, not too much but not less either! when making a diet your body thinks there's a hunger period coming around and stacks up fat. when eating too much fat or sugar, the body can't cope with it and stacks it up too. so just go the middle way, eating as long as your hunger goes.
if you are always hungry, enjoy the food. no joke. enjoying the food takes more time to eat and so prepares your stomach and digestive organs for incoming work --> the food is not stacked up as fat, hunger ceases only after half an hour, regarless on the quantity of what you eat. so take your time!
do some exercise, like 2hours a week. do not overdo it, this could harm your body. hear what your body tells you!
having your body in normal balance again doesn't happen in an instant. plan about three months of 2 hours exercise weekly for a change to the better.
your whole metabolism changes - this means you eat healthier just because you'll enjoy fruits and stuff more than chemically boosted sweets also this means you will feel better, happier and live longer. good deal? :)
if you want to make a diet, choose montignac. good way.

2006-12-12 13:31:20Eat crap loads of celery and only drink skim milk. You'll not be hungry if you keep eating a lot of it, but celery takes more calories to digest than it yields. This means that by eating celery you actally LOSE calories. Eat a mountain of celery in an hour you'll only lose weight (once you pass all the fiber out your butt.) this will suck until you are rather hungry, then raw celery won't taste so bad. And skim milk gives protein. Be sure to take a multivitamin if you do this every day! I swear to god it works, it's plain and easily proved science.
