I don't always believe the TV and magazine ads. I am going to be starting it for 5 weeks next week and hope it works for me. It's not inexpensive (~300.00 per month)

I was on something similar...Metabolic System...or whatever that name was...anyway...it worked WELL for my sister...but she only needed to loose like 15 pounds. I need to loose about 60 pounds...she lost all hers and looks great. I had a hard time because they want you to only eat certain foods and very small portions. I felt drained and hungry all of the time. I was eating bird seed...it seemed like...It was too much of a change...too hard to stay on track because I was hungry all the time....and IT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
I would look into learning new ways of eating right...from foods that you can buy at the supermarket....It's cheaper...and probably better for you....
My new year's resolution...I'll be seeking medical help next year (2007) for weight loss this time...no more infomercial specials...or fast fad diets...No surgery either....just help from the people who can better guide me...a dietician and a medical doctor.

It does work, just like any other program, if you stay on it. This worked better than others for me because I never felt hungry. Lost 35 lbs in 4 months.

I have an aunt and a cousin who did it and each lost about 50 lbs, but gained it back when they quit. The plan probably gives you a good jumpstart, but I don't think that it gives you a life long plan. So, when you quit it you haven't learned how to live on real food that you prepare and portion for yourself. But good luck!

YES! only to gain it all back,3 weeks after the diet ends. Your best bet is to walk five miles a day,every for three months. its the best start you'll ever have.......
