    Why would you need it? All you need is common sense. Eat well and exercise, that's the real weight loss cure.
    A number of these books have stupid hoops to jump through, yet all they do is make you eat lower calories to lose the weight. You can do that on your own terms.
    Besides, you can use the power of the internet to get millions of recipes for calorie reduced foods, so why count on some stupid book written by a megacorp?
