Answer:Does dexatrim work for weight loss
2006-09-07 13:50:56Everyone's body is different!!! Dexatrim may work for friends but not for you. You have to figure out what your bad habits are first and fix those. Supplements can help you burn fat and calories only if you are exercising and eating less fatty foods.
I take amino acids for muscle development and CLA that helps burn fat. Both are sold wherever you find vitamins. It works for me but I work out 3 times a week and eat healthier then I did. Remember, however long it took you to gain the weight it will take you at least that long to get rid of it!! Quicky diets never last! Good luck to you :)

2006-09-07 14:14:02I wouldn't advise anyone to take over the counter pills for weight loss. There been an increase thyroid problems among women And my doctor was telling me that those diet pills had a lot to do with it. It is better just eat healthier foods, exercise, and drink lots water. If not I would recommend seeing a Dietitian. Good Luck
