Did it help you INCREASE your weight loss?
Would you of lost the same amount of weight without taking the pill "ALLI" ?

I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded:
1)it helps increase the amount of weight loss but you also have to watch what you eat and exercise
2)about 70% of people were satisfied and 30% of people were not
3)typical weight loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.
4)most people who weren't satisfied was because of the side effects associated
-alli blocks the absorption of about 25% of fat, so when you
eat it....its gotta go somewhere. you'll notice an oily substance(fat) in your stool
-also gas seems to be a problem too
-just because it blocks some of the fat you eat doesn't mean you can go crazy eating fatty foods. it appears people who pig out on fatty foods while taking it gets diarrhea

Well... in the warning it states to look out for 'oily brown spotting'. Enough for me not to take a second glance at the box!
