It will work but as with ALL diet drugs it only works if you actually make a change in your lifestyle. It will all reutn once you come off the diet drug UNLESS you change your dietary habits.

Noooo not for me it didn't. I take plain old green tea tablets now..and works wayyyyy better. Trimspa is a rip-off.
