I'm looking to get in better shape and be able to run faster but I am on the Depo shot and it's making weight loss very, very difficult. Does anybody know if Endurox works, or what about Ephedra 5?

endurox is not made for weight loss. it is made for athletes who exercise hard very often and need to recover from the hard efforts so they can keep working hard the next day.
I cant remember exactly how many calories it has, but it certainly has more than gatorade or any sports drink. it will not help you lose weight by itself, but if you're substituting a meal for that (which you shouldnt) then it will probably result in weight loss.
what works other than exercise and diet?... not much else I would say.
its thermodynamic law. energy doesnt disappear, if you eat it and dont burn it it will transform into fat, certainly not disapear, so its either one or the other! or both! hehe...
