2007-12-31 12:33:21You don't need to buy any fancy equipment to exercise.. as long as you have some motivation.. just get up and move.. Be active. Get your heart rate up. Go outside for a brisk walk for starters for at least 30 minutes a day, or put music on and dance in front of the mirror.. that's what I do lol
