I love drinking hot tea, so I started drinking the lipton green tea bags. I was just wondering if it is good for you and if it has a role with losing weight. I do not add any sugar of anything to it what so ever and I dont eat that much as it is. Im trying to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight from when I had my daughter 8 weeks ago. If you are not breastfeeding it is a good way to improve your energy. But remember if you are breastfeeding then all the caffeine you drink, so does the baby. If you are breastfeeding, now is not a good time to be dieting. If you aren't then go for it.
