    no u won't. if you are doing that diet drink a high protein drink or protein replacement and exercice. i eat 3 times a day and 2 snacks (supposed to eat 6 small) and a protein smoothie. i also have been working out 3 days a week and i have lost 3-5 lbs, in 2 weeks and look a whole lot skinnier. doing cardio is a great way to burn calories without using the gym.... good luck and keep us posted on your success.

    Reseach shows that those who report eating fiber-rich cereal for breakfast are on average thinner than those who skip breakfast. Studies have also found that kids who eat a proper breakfast perform better on attention and memory skills tests than those who do not eat breakfast or just eat something like doughnuts or Fruit Loops.
    Skippers tend to make up for it by eating more later.

    Skipping breakfast is the worst thing you can do for your diet. When you go to sleep at night, you essentially fast for 8+ hours. Your metabolism is usually "woken up" by eating breakfast. When you skip breakfast you end up staying in starvation mode for longer and over the long term, your metabolism will slow down. Studies show people who skip breakfast are shown to eat more calories in the long run. Moral of the story...eat breakfast!

    No, you will gain weight. By skipping meals--especially breakfast--you will ruin your metabolism. Your body will store more fat to run on during the time you are not eating, which will cause the weight gain. You will also be more tired and lethargic.

    breakfast should be your BIGGEST meal of the day. You should never skip breakfast. This causes cravings later in the day which messes up peoples diets because then they eat anything and everything.
