    I am sure this will work if you stay with it and be sure to follow any dietary hints they give you. Most muscle development programs don't work BECAUSE the user stops after a short while. You have to keep it up both to lose, develop the muscle, and then keep the muscle.
    If you are a quitter, don't even try.
