Depending on why you are not losing weight like sleep walking and eating everything in the fridge or eating cuz of some other mental disorder... I think hypnosis can work... my uncle stopped smoking by hypnosis... However the only way to lose weight safely is to eat regular healthy meals with less calories than required to maintain your current weight. Im sure you will be getting a lot of health answers from this... so take some time to think if your reasons are mental or just laziness....
